Contemporary Social Forces Reform the Curriculum Leadership

Curriculum leadership is a crucial skill for school owners, principals, and lead teachers, as they are responsible designing what learned how it taught. To emphasize curriculum leadership, social forces play an indispensable role in reforming curriculum. As external factors, affect the entire teaching learning process at schools require leaders to be knowledgeable about society’s challenges trends. In this paper, recent academic papers reviewed with focus on that shape reform leadership. Ten existing reorganized categorized have better structure paper review, covering aspects of cultural diversity, power nature technology, universal values. The influence various by changes depicted maintain steady educational motivation objective. Meanwhile, unforeseen COVID-19 pandemic has suddenly changed our lives, adequate technology use parents’ involvement essential engage children performance.
